Smoking:
Smoking is only allowed in the groundfloor area of the house but not in the studio (because it is sleeping area).
Sheets & towels & kitchen towels:
Most of the beds have new mattresses and mattress covers.
Eiderdowns, blankets and pillows are at your disposal + also covers.
When renting the house you will need to bring some bath- and kitchen linen.
Richtprijzen:
The prices depend on the period of your stay and are different per season.
The following are included: water, gas, electricity and heating.

Practical arrangements at your arrival and departure:
You will be welcomed by Marianne. She speaks German very well and she will give you a short tour in the house en will give you the necessary keys. You will be requested to pay a deposit of 150 € at your arrival. During your stay you can visit Marianne in case you have any further questions. As soon as you have a good idea on your arrival time, please contact Marianne, so that she knows when to meet you at the holiday home.

Cleaning:
Please make sure you leave the house clean at your departure. The bed linen can be left behind in the bath tub.
